Rockwell Elite 66 Series with 60” wide by 48” tall white vinyl slider window, includes excavation , removal of dirt, rough framing, window, egress well.
Does not include finish landscaping on exterior/lawn repairs, rerouting of any utilities and finish interior is home owner's responsibility around the new window, permits or lntel. Must have access for equipment a minimum of 8' wide by 8' tall. Permit required for additional fee varies by county.
