This offer is for cleaning and checking (1) Gas Forced Air Furnace installed in a residential single family home in a basement or closet. Furnace must be in working order.
Filters, batteries, repair parts, repair labor and filters are additional costs to the homeowner. This offer is valid Monday thru Friday 9am to 3pm, in our standard service area of Kenosha, Racine, Walworth, Waukesha and South Milwaukee.
Additional charges will apply for out of area travel, BOILERS, rooftop applications, attic, and crawl space applications. Any approved additional costs are due at the time of service.
Not included in this service are Parts, Repairs, Pads, Filters, Humidifiers, Air Cleaners. Homeowner must be present at time of service, we do not service tenant occupied or vacant homes.

1. Check & Adjust Thermostat As Needed
2. Check Filter & blower compartment
3. Clean & Inspect Heat Exchanger
4. Inspect furnace gas connections for leaks
5. Inspect furnace venting and seals
6. Clean & Inspect furnace burners for proper flame
7. Inspect & measure Ohms on ignition system
8. Inspect & test all safety control limtis
9. Inspect & test furnace control boards
10. Inspect & test inducer motor amperage
11. Inspect & Measure pressure switches and hoses
12. Inspect & Measure Blower Motor Capacitor
13. Inspect & Check Blower motor amperage
14. Inspect Condensate line for leaks and blockage
15. Clean condenate drain for furnace and coil.
