Rosenthal Heating & Air Conditioning - 19-Point A/C Cleaning & System Check

Description:

This offer is for cleaning and checking (1) Air Conditioning system installed in a residential single family home in a basement or closet.  Air Conditioner must be in working order.  Filters, batteries,  repair parts, repair labor and filters are additional costs to the homeowner.  This offer is valid Monday thru Friday 9am to 3pm, in our standard service area of Kenosha, Racine, Walworth, Waukesha and South Milwaukee.  Additional charges will apply for out of area travel, commercial, rooftop applications, attic, and crawl space applications.  Any approved additional costs are due at the time of service.  Not included in this service are Parts, Repairs, Pads, Filters, Humidifiers, Air Cleaners. Homeowner must be present at time of service, we do not service tenant occupied or vacant homes.

Air Conditioner Cleaning & Inspection Includes:

• Inspect Thermostat and batteries
• Inspect furnace air filters and change them if provided by customer or customer may order them on line at 4rosenthal.com/filters and have them delivered to their home. 
• Inspect indoor coil
• inspect and flush condensate lines
• inspect blower motor wiring and capacitors, for the outdoor condenser we will water wash the unit, if unit has panels there may be a slight additional cost to remove the panels to access the coils, 
• inspect condenser internal wiring, contactors, relays, capacitors and low voltage wiring. 
• Inspect condenser fan blade, condenser motor amperage and compressor wiring leads and performance amperage.
• ubricate parts if applicable
• replace any missing screws. 
• After all system checks and condenser cleaning we will perform a static pressure test and Deta airflow and temperatur inspection and if out rage then check the freon levels.
