This offer is for one annual Guardian Maintenance Plan which covers annual maintenance on one furnace and one A/C unit in a residential home with the condenser on ground level and furnace in the basement or on the main floor.
The Guardian plan provides a 15% discount on repairs and up to $250 off a new heating and coolig system per occurrence.
Restrictions:
- This offer is valid Monday thru Friday 9am to 3pm, in our standard service area of Kenosha, Racine, Walworth, Waukesha and South Milwaukee.
- One certificate per address per household
- Any approved additional costs are due at the time of service.
- Homeowner must be present at time of service, we do not service tenant occupied or vacant homes.
