This popular remote start features a "factory fit" using vehicle specific t-harnesses on a wide variety of vehicles. The 3X lock system works by pressing the lock button 3X consecutively within 5 seconds from your factory keyless entry key fob. The remote start hardware we integrate with your vehicle understands that receiving a lock command three times is an instruction to start, and it begins the process of starting with no extra aftermarket remotes needed.
Note: the distance is limited to that of your factory remote, and some vehicles are excluded from 3X lock start firmware and require aftermarket remotes which are available for an additional cash cost at install.
