Description:
Installation of Belgard Bordeaux Outdoor Fireplace (Sienna/Midnight) with (2) Belgard Bordeaux Wood Boxes in Sienna/Midnight. Installation of up to 200 square feet of surrounding patio at fireplace.
Shape of patio to be custom designed. *Images are only samples and may be more elaborate than your custom designed patio.
Upgrades available at an additional cash cost to the winning bidder.

Our landscape installation crews are highly trained to provide not only a quality installation, but also a pleasant and professional overall experience. Once your project is complete, we will take the time to walk through your landscape and answer any questions you may have.
Restrictions:
- Fireplace and patio must be installed before 11/30/26
- Location of fireplace must be accessible by a TrackLoader Machine
- Any permits or permissions required by municipalities for the installation of the fireplace will be the responsibility of the winning bidder to obtain
- Breckenridge will not install the fireplace indoors or within close proximity of flammable vegetation or structures
- Fireplace is a natural wood burning fireplace, but can be converted to a gas fireplace for an additional cash cost
- If winner chooses to convert to a natural gas fireplace winner is responsible for providing plumbing to the fireplace and the connection thereof
- Fireplace will be set on a footed concrete slab
- Breckenridge will repair any turf damaged during installation, using seed and straw blanket
- Patio shall be installed on compacted gravel base with Unilock Hollandstone pavers and polymeric sand in the joints
- Patio shall not exceed 200 square feet in size
- Winner may choose to expand the scope of work including the patio, and add additional landscaping elements to be constructed in coordination with the fireplace installation, for an additional cash cost
