Skydive Midwest Skydiving Center - Tandem Skydive For One

This certificate is good for one tandem skydive to be used by an individual.
Life should be more than just going to work and paying bills! It's about adventure, experiences and sharing those things with the people you love. Skydiving is an experience unlike any other!
Restrictions:
- Tandem Terms/Restrictions: Must be 18 years or older on day of the jump, weigh less than 240 lbs., and bring proof of age in the form of a State ID, Driver's License or Passport
- Jumper should not consume alcohol 12 hours before skydiving
- Must sign waiver in order to skydive
- Skydiving is subject to weather conditions causing delays or cancellation in which rescheduling would be required
- Due to this term, expect to spend 4 to 6 hours on the day of your event
- Rescheduling can be done up to 48 hours before your scheduled date
- If rescheduling is less than 48 hours, a $50 cash rescheduling fee would apply
