The Rockwell Denali with a 48” by 48” slider window vinyl includes excavation, removal of dirt, rough framing, window, egress well.
Does not include is finish landscaping on exterior/ lawn repairs, rerouting of any utilities and finish interior is home owner’s responsibility around new window, must have access for equipment a minimum of 8’ wide by 8’ wide. Permit required for additonal fee varies by county. Interior finish not included
