Use this certificate towards POLISHED CONCRETE ONLY.
Floor condition: 100% concrete must be structurally sound (some cracks and stains are ok - major heaving or failure is not structurally sound). Item location: indoor or outdoor. Travel costs may apply out of the Greater Washington Co/ Waukesha Co area. We will also help with design concepts at no charge. Job is one location - no split sites. Any commercial or residential setting is applicable. Areas can be, but are not limited to: basements, garages bars, restaurants, and gyms.
This certficate for Polished Concrete ONLY is to be applied to a job over 10,000 square feet.
Restrictions:
- Should there be an additional cost over the awarded certificate value, the additional costs will be due at the time of signing unless otherwise stated in writing
- Additional cost outside of the Greater Washington and Waukesha County area may exist
- Time frame: based on availability - typically 2-12 weeks depending on season and weather
