1. Stained Oak (with our custom grain reduction process often utilized)
2. Stained Maple, Birch, Alder, and other (grain reduction not required)
3. Previously painted wood cabinets

Some Averages for Kitchen Size and Investment:

• a kitchen of up to 20 units of doors and drawers combined would range from $3000 to $4000. (Example:  5 drawers, 15 doors; all without grain reduction, assuming no other variables come into play) or...
• a kitchen of up to 30 units of doors and drawers combined would range from $5000 to $7000. (Example: 10 drawers, 25 doors; all without grain reduction, assuming no other variables come into play) or...
• a bathroom (or two), not to exceed a total of 16 units of doors and drawers combined when done in one color.

Variables that may affect pricing, work and overall value of the certificate:

• sampling needs
• color selection services
• type of wood; most customers with oak do choose grain reduction process
• repairs to defects such as splits, cracks, or sheens other than satin
• use of more than one color
• glazing, pin stripe, distressing, other artistic features
• hardware alterations to hinges, knobs, handles, etc.
• staggered cabinets, crown moldings, corbels, fluted columns, carvings
• ratio of doors to drawers
• door rebuilds, planing, other carpentry needs
• distance from workshop, beyond 15 miles from 53005 may require some value be assigned to travel time

All work to be performed within 6 months of purchase, subject to scheduling availability.  Failure to have work performed by expiration date will decrease the value of this certificate by up to 10% per year.
